IMF provides opportunities for members to network across racial, ethnic, denominational, gender, and geographical boundaries, supporting ministers traveling outside their locations with contacts and recommendations that enable them to be received and assisted on their missions
IMF provides a platform for ministers, ministries and churches within the same facilities/boroughs to cooperate and pool resources together for reaching the unreached and engaging in community impact (transforming) projects. This is the biblical strategy for bringing nations back to Christ
Through interaction and interpersonal relationship members can understand their spiritual gifts and callings and learn those of each other. Through the fellowship, ministers can build stronger and more effective ministries and churches according to Ephesians 4:17-18
Members of IMF are charged to do all within their God given ability to be a blessing to others in need: support the weak and build up the Body without pecuniary motives. Stong interpersonal relationships and mutual support are thus encouraged
